30-Day Return Policy

Return of unused product must be done within 30 days of purchase. All returns must have a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number to be accepted. Please contact Miltronics for a number.

Refund Policy

Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Units will be analyzed and re-tested before a credit is given, which may take up to to 30-days. A 15% restock fee may apply.

Unfortunately, we can only issue a refund or credit, we do not offer exchanges. If you would like to exchange a product, return the product to receive a refund, and place a new order for the item you want.

If you are shipped the wrong item by mistake or the item you received is damaged, we will re-ship the correct item to you at no additional cost. If we have shipped the incorrect item to you, we will pay the cost to ship that item back to us, or send a courier to pickup the item at our expense.
